Quality Control

We are committed to quality and our business processes and routines have been established. We are dedicated to meet your quality and delivery requirements. Every stage of production is monitored and discrepancies are corrected before they get to you. Our data entry routines include:

· Proof checks and data entry
· Data control audits
· Regular reporting of work systems
· Data entry software and validation tables ?
· Dispatch of Data to the customer

Backup

All data is backed up daily, kept for 90 days or longer if needed, and stored in a secure location off-site under management control. We can store source documents for any period after the initial 90 days for a minimal charge, or the documents can be returned. Arrangements can also be made to destroy the documents by incinerating or recycling.
